Robert McKellar was appointed Chief Executive, Asia Pacific, in March 2005 and is responsible for overseeing Savills’ regional operations across 40 cities in the region comprising some 14,500 staff.

Raymond graduated in Business Studies from Hong Kong Polytechnic. He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and holds an honorary fellowship at the Quangxi Academy of Social Science.
Chris Marriott
CEO South East Asia
Having arrived in Asia in 1990, Chris has lived in both Hong Kong and Singapore and covered most markets and disciplines in the Asia Pacific Region. Presently as CEO for South East Asia, Chris oversees the firm's activity and expansion plans in the region, in addition to overseeing the firm's leasing business in Hong Kong.
Albert Lau

Head of China Investment & Sales
Albert Lau is Head & Managing Director of Savills China and he is responsible to manage performance throughout its 12 offices as well as oversee the development and implementation of strategies and policies within these cities.
Albert has been responsible for growing and developing the Savills China business, which now offers the full range of integrated property services to serve the needs of both local and international clients, including consultancy, sales, leasing, investment and management services of commercial, residential, retail and mixed-use development. Albert is also the Head of the China Investment & Sales Team and seated as a member of the Savills Asia and China Executive Board.
Charles Chan
Managing Director, Savills Professional Services Greater China
Charles Chan was appointed Managing Director for Savills Valuation and Professional Services Limited in January 2006 and is responsible for overseeing a professional team of over 50 staff offering a full line of services including valuation; feasibility studies; government lease modification; rating appeal; litigation valuation and a range of other property consultancy services.
Johnnie Chan, JP
CEO, Savills Services Group Hong Kong
Johnnie Chan was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Savills Services Group, Hong Kong in January 2012 prior to his 35 years of service with leading property developers, including Hutchison Whampoa Property Group and Hongkong Land Company Limited.
He was a member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference in Guangxi Nanning, is an Honorary Fellow of the Guangxi Academy of Social Science and a Senior Adviser for the Shenzhen Property Management Association, all appointments by the Government of the People’s Republic of China.
Johnnie is a Registered Professional Housing Manager, a Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Housing, the Hong Kong Institute of Housing and the Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators, and a holder of a PhD in Business (Honolulu University, USA), a Master Degree in Housing Management and a Diploma in Housing Management, both from The University of Hong Kong.
He has extensive working experience in the development and management of property projects in Hong Kong, and major cities in mainland China, the UK and the Bahamas.
Over the years, he has served on over 30 government boards and committees, including the Hong Kong Housing Authority Commercial Properties Committee and the ICAC Corruption Prevention Advisory Committee. Johnnie was received a Governor’s commendation in 1993 and was appointed Justice of the Peace by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government in 2008.
George Liu
Chief Financial Officer, Asia Pacific
George Liu joined Savills as Chief Financial Officer, Asia Pacific in April 2011. He is a qualified member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
George came to Hong Kong in 1997 after receiving his MBA from Cornell University, USA. Subsequently, he worked for Hutchison, China Everbright, and a Swedish company, Envac. Prior to his years in the US, George worked for ICBC after he graduated from Shenzhen University, China in 1991.
