CEO Thailand

Robert heads the Savills business operations in Thailand, which include property management, security guard services and a full range of agency services. He specialises in agency services and has 17 years of full time experience in Thailand, previously with Jones Lang LaSalle for 12 years as Head of the Residential and Commercial Departments in Bangkok, prior to moving to Savills in 2005, and earlier with Richard Ellis in Hong Kong for three years.

Neerja Sachdev
Director, Property Management

Joined Savills in 2010 as Head of Property Management

Previously with Raimon Land from February 2007 to October 2010 as VP Customer Relations Management. Neerja established the CRM department and customer service initiatives for all of Raimon Land’s developments.

Neerja implemented a computerized CRM program for all projects to monitor customer service requests.

Neerja has comprehensive experience formulating property management operating budgets for new condominium buildings, recruiting staff establishing property management systems in Bangkok

Experience includes; Implementing regular site Newsletters / Welcome packages / Questionnaires / Coordinating Events / Concierge Services. Implementing procedures to assist customers with the Transferring Process

Previously with CBRE in Bangkok in the Property Management department 

Sataya Supupkul
Associate Director, Property Management

Sataya has over 15 years’ of full time property management services experience in Thailand. He is an Associate Director of Savills Thailand and was previously with Jones Lang LaSalle in a Commercial PM capacity in Bangkok prior to moving to Savills in 2009, and earlier with CBRE in Thailand for 3 years.

Pachraporn Tepaya
Financial Controller

Pachraporn has 17 years’ of financial and accounting experience including tax and audit, analytical review and financial management. Prior to joining Savills Thailand as Financial controller she worked for Ernst & Young, Baker Hughes and LOWE limited.

Thanatchamon Wonglokniyom
Associate Director, Commercial and Residential Sales & leasing

Thanatchamon Wonglokniyom was appointed Associate Director for Savills Agency Services in March 2010 and is responsible for overseeing a professional team for both Residential Sales & Leasing and Commercial. Ms. Thanatchamon has over 14 years of the Commercial sector in Thailand, experienced with handling complex and high end commercial transactions in Thailand.
