Bengaluru Market Snapshot | Q1 2024

Bengaluru maintained its strong performance in office space leasing and continued to lead the office demand in the country. Majority demand emanated from Engineering & Manufacturing occupiers (41%), followed by the tech sector (30%) that had been the dominant driver so far.
