Key Role Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Performance Oversight
- Leads the implementation of strategic Engineer management across the Savills portfolio (Thailand).
- Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) including preventative maintenance, subcontractor performance, statutory, and annual compliance.
- Conducts high-level analysis of operational reports and metrics.
- Integrates policies and procedural changes from leadership, stakeholders, and team members to enhance overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provides strategic advice and direction, while participating actively in Operations, Leadership, and Operating Committee meetings to influence organizational strategy, review performance metrics, and make critical decisions.
- Assist head office staff to undertake potential client visits and advise on any potential Engineering issues.
- Prepare maintenance plans for all locations within the Savills portfolio.
Empowering and Leading Regional Engineering Teams
- Provides leadership and strategic direction to Regional Engineering teams, Project experienced.
- Empower and mentor teams through the development and enhancement of processes, procedures, and systems.
- Ensuring all engineering projects are managed by the engineering team.
- Oversees the implementation of the Company’s operating policies.
- Fosters a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Arrange training and provide instructions for all Engineering / Technical staff.
Risk Management, Compliance & Reporting
- Works closely with the Senior Management, Health, and Safety teams to direct comprehensive risk management strategies.
- Ensures all organizational risks are effectively mitigated.
- To ensure all engineering and operations teams are adhering to Health & Safety.
- Ensure due diligence is carried out when conducting building inspections relating to new potential properties and when receiving properties from developers.
- Liaise with government authorities or any other relevant organizations regarding the engineering system with the Savills portfolio.
- Prepare monthly engineering reports and review reports from Building / Property Managers.
- Record and prepare report and energy consumption and energy conversation to ensure compliance with the Law of conservation of energy, for submission to the Ministry of Energy Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency, in cooperation with the building.
- Be responsible for the systems manuals, documents concerning engineering works and any other documents related to the building systems.
About You
- With an in-depth understanding of Thailand laws and regulation relating to health & safety and Engineering services, you will have demonstrable leadership experience in a property management and multi-site portfolio environment. You will have experience of project management and in developing risk assessments and systems to support stakeholders. With experience in managing multiple stakeholders, you will be an advocate for change and comfortable implementing business improvement initiatives.
